SR800 multifunctional server cabinet with wide width
series designed based on ANSI/EIA RS-310-C/D/E standard, it's a sealed
aluminum frame mechanism which is compliant with server and various
internet system, including ISP, email and web server application. It
passed UL and CE approvals, also vibration test passed by MIL-STD-167
and gravity 2000Kg passed by CNS-3511.
The standard equipment included removable front/rear honeycomb vent
doors with flat keylock, two top cooling fans by 120x38mm size,
modularized top/bottom plate, aluminum ADC-12 three-direction
connection, top and bottom mechanical frame set, main mechanical
aluminum pillars designed by inner empty material. The sub removable
aluminum mounting rails (square mounting holes) with each U’s
identification stickers, strength compensation side pillars,
AC110V~220V-15A eight holes power strip, stainless screws, removable
side doors, wheels with brake, floor levels, M5(M6) screws and M5(M6)
square mounting hole thread, and M5(M6) panel screws....etc. SR800
series cabinet's external width is 800mm but internal width keeps 19",
the two inner sides can be also installed with optional 100mm wide
aluminum vertical cable routing bars.
The major aluminum pillars are 45mm wide × 60mm deep by
the aluminum material AL 6063T5 to ensure the main construction to be
durable and anti-vibration. Additionally SR800 series can select the
external depth by 900mm~1,000mm~1,100mm to meet different server chassis
and IPC. The sub removable sheet metal pillars with square mounting
holes are 35mm wide × 70mm deep by SPCC material that can be
forward/backward movement. The modularized top plate with dust-proof
design installed two standard high speed 120x38mm AC ball bearing fans
(maximum eight fans but option), each fan has 2400 RPM and 72CFM
airflow. The top and bottom of removable side doors opened vent holes in
order to attain the airflow direction correctly and smoothly, and
tool-less to open/close the side doors. The front / rear honeycomb vent
doors use aluminum extrusion design to install. |
